Looking beyond symptoms to restore comfort, calm, and freedom

so you can move, feel, and live better.

What Is

Manual Osteopathy?

At RENOvate Osteo, I offer personalized care, knowing that no two bodies -and no two treatments- are ever the same. My approach is gentle and hands-on, focusing on the root cause of pain rather than just where symptoms appear, often helping clients experience lasting relief in just a few sessions.

Manual Osteopathy is a safe, non-invasive therapy that views the body as a whole, recognizing the close relationship between structure and function. Using precise manual techniques, including osteoarticulation, craniosacral therapy, visceral work, and fascial approaches, I help release tension, improve movement, and restore balance throughout the body. This work supports the nervous system and the body’s natural ability to heal.

I specialize in caring for infants, expectant and new mothers, and individuals living with chronic pain, while also addressing concerns such as headaches, digestive issues, postural stress, repetitive strain injuries, and more. Each session is always tailored to what your body needs most and your symptoms, with improvements after each treatment.

What To

Expect in a Session

Your first visit starts with a relaxed chat about your health and a gentle, hands-on treatment. Each session builds on the last, always tailored to how your body responds.

You’ll remain fully clothed, just wear loose, comfy clothing you can move in.

My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where your nervous system can settle and your body can begin to restore balance naturally. Many clients notice changes within just a few sessions, with progress that continues to build between visits.

Justine

Manual Osteopath, Owner

I grew up in Lacombe and have called Calgary home since 2011. After a decade working with adults and paediatrics in chronic and acute care, I pursued my dream of becoming a Manual Osteopath, a path that was deeply personal. I have lived with chronic pain for well over a decade, and osteopathy was the treatment that finally gave me lasting relief. I graduated with Honours and Distinction from the National Manual Osteopathic College in 2025.

Your wellbeing is always my priority. My approach is gentle, mindful, and thorough, focused on root causes, not just symptoms. I also believe you deserve to understand what is happening in your own body, so throughout every session I share what I find and explain the why behind my work.

I have specialty training in infant care and advanced pregnancy and postpartum care; areas where meaningful support is often hard to find. Chronic pain and stress management are close to my heart as well; I know firsthand how much they can take from daily life, and I want to help people find their way back to what makes life meaningful.

Outside the clinic, you'll find me lost in a good book, crafting, playing board games, and adventuring with my husband and our dog, Bandit.

If you're seeking relief from pain, support through pregnancy or postpartum, or simply a way to reconnect with your body, I would be honoured to work with you.
