Renovating the Way You Feel

Looking beyond symptoms to restore comfort, calm, and freedom

so you can move, feel, and live better.

Renovate: verb

  • to restore to good condition;

make new or as if new again; repair.

  • to reinvigorate, revive, refresh (one's spirits, health, etc)

What Is

Manual Osteopathy?

At RENOvate Osteo, I offer personalized care, knowing that no two bodies -and no two treatments- are ever the same. My approach is gentle and hands-on, focusing on the root cause of pain rather than just where symptoms appear, often helping clients experience lasting relief in just a few sessions.

Manual Osteopathy is a safe, non-invasive therapy that views the body as a whole, recognizing the close relationship between structure and function. Using precise manual techniques, including osteoarticulation, craniosacral therapy, visceral work, and fascial approaches, I help release tension, improve movement, and restore balance throughout the body. This work supports the nervous system and the body’s natural ability to heal.

I specialize in caring for infants, expectant and new mothers, and individuals living with chronic pain, while also addressing concerns such as headaches, digestive issues, postural stress, and sports or repetitive strain injuries. Each session is always tailored to what your body needs most, with improvements that often continue to build over time.

What To

Expect in a Session

Your first visit starts with a relaxed chat about your health and a gentle, hands-on treatment. Each session builds on the last, always tailored to how your body responds.

You’ll remain fully clothed, just wear loose, comfy clothing you can move in.

My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where your nervous system can settle and your body can begin to restore balance naturally. Many clients notice changes within just a few sessions, with progress that continues to build between visits.

Justine

Manual Osteopath, Owner

I grew up in Lacombe, and have called Calgary home since 2011, when I moved here to complete my Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant diploma. After a decade working with adults and paediatrics in both chronic and acute care, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Manual Osteopath. I graduated with Honours and Distinction from the National Manual Osteopathic College in 2025.

Your wellbeing is always my priority. My treatment style is gentle, mindful, and thorough; designed to address the root causes of pain, not just the symptoms.

I use hands-on techniques to help the body back into balance. I also have specialty training in infant care (newborn to one year), advanced pregnancy and postpartum care. Supporting people with chronic pain and stress is another passion of mine, helping them find lasting relief and return to what makes life meaningful.

Outside the clinic, you’ll often find me getting lost in a good book, crafting, playing board games, and off on mini adventures with both my husband and our dog, Bandit.

Fun fact, I’ve read over 100 books this year!

Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, support through pregnancy, or simply a way to reconnect with your body, I’d be honoured to work with you.
