What Is
Manual Osteopathy?
At RENOvate Osteo, care is always personalized because your body, your history, and your pain are yours alone. My approach is gentle and hands-on, focused on the root cause of pain rather than just where symptoms show up. Many clients feel lasting relief within just a few sessions.
Manual osteopathy is a safe, non-invasive therapy that treats the body as a whole, recognizing how closely structure and function are linked. I use precise, hands-on techniques -osteoarticulation, craniosacral therapy, visceral work, and fascial approaches- to release tension, improve movement, and restore balance, supporting your nervous system and your body's natural ability to heal.
I specialize in caring for infants, expectant and new mothers, and people living with chronic pain, while also treating headaches, digestive issues, postural stress, repetitive strain injuries, and more. Every session is tailored to what your body needs that day, with progress that builds as we go.

What To
Expect in a Session
Your first visit starts with a relaxed conversation about your health, followed by a gentle, hands-on treatment with no need to undress. Just wear something comfortable you can move in.
Each session builds on the last, tailored to how your body responds. My goal is a calm, supportive space where your nervous system can settle and your body can restore balance naturally. Most clients notice changes within a few sessions, with progress that builds between visits.
Our Team

Justine
Manual Osteopath, Owner
I grew up in Lacombe and have called Calgary home since 2011. After a decade working with adults and paediatrics in chronic and acute care, I pursued my dream of becoming a Manual Osteopath, a path that was deeply personal. I have lived with chronic pain for well over a decade, and osteopathy was the treatment that finally gave me lasting relief. I graduated with Honours and Distinction from the National Manual Osteopathic College in 2025.
Every session is guided by one thing: understanding what's actually going on in your body — and helping you understand it too. My approach is gentle, mindful, and thorough, focused on root causes, not just symptoms.
I have specialty training in infant care and advanced pregnancy and postpartum care; areas where meaningful support is often hard to find. Chronic pain and stress management are close to my heart as well; I know firsthand how much they can take from daily life, and I want to help people find their way back to what makes life meaningful.
Outside the clinic, you'll find me lost in a good book, crafting, playing board games, and adventuring with my husband and our dog, Bandit.
If you're seeking relief from pain, support through pregnancy or postpartum, or simply a way to reconnect with your body, I would be honoured to work with you.
