Welcome to RENOvate Osteo. By booking an appointment, using this website, or receiving services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by email, and confirmation will be provided through Jane App. Clients are expected to arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the time of the next client. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate.

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, e-transfer. A credit card must be on file when making an appointment. A receipt will be provided with all required details for insurance reimbursement. At this time, direct billing is not available. Please confirm with your insurance provider to ensure manual osteopathy is included in your plan’s coverage.

Manual osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on, complementary therapy designed to support the body’s natural ability to heal. It does not replace medical care, diagnosis, or emergency treatment. Clients are encouraged to continue their care with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed. In order to provide safe and effective treatment, clients must share accurate and up-to-date health information, including medications and conditions, and inform the practitioner of any changes before each session.

While every effort is made to provide safe and effective care, results vary by individual. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that manual osteopathy is complementary care and agree that RENOvate Osteo and its practitioners are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses resulting from treatment or use of this website.

All personal and health information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Records are securely stored through Jane App, which is HIPAA and PIPEDA compliant, ensuring your information is encrypted and handled with confidentiality.
