Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At RENOvate Osteo, we are committed to providing quality care and respecting the time of all clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following refund and payment policies.

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or by email, and confirmation will be provided through Jane App. Clients are expected to arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the time of the next client. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate and are not eligible for a refund.

Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include credit card and e-transfer. A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure all appointments. Receipts will be provided with the required details for insurance reimbursement. Direct billing is not currently available. Clients are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance provider, as manual osteopathy benefits vary by plan.

Refunds are not issued for completed services, late cancellations, or missed appointments. Exceptions may be considered in the case of emergencies, at the discretion of the practitioner.
